Last spring Musicians of Ma’alwyck offered a very popular Portuguese Triptych, we had several requests to hold another one, so we are! This one will be a bit different, focusing on the artisanal cheeses of Portugal and the Pastel de Nata. 

Mary Rizzo, professional cheesemonger and owner of The Cheese Traveler will join us to discuss unique Portuguese cheeses. And our own Josh Turo will offer high-end Portuguese wines from the many regions of the country. Musicians of Ma’alwyck, joined by renowned soprano Vedrana Kalas, will offer music of Scarlatti, Avodano and Villa Lobos. This is a night not to be missed!

London was a center for outstanding musical performances in the 1700s. Instrumentalists, vocalists and composers came from throughout the European continent to share their talents with the enthusiastic English audiences. Musicians of Ma’alwyck presents a sampling of the concert programming, with works of Handel, JC Bach, and Corri on this refined program. Featured musicians are Norman Thibodeau, flute; Ann-Marie Barker Schwartz, violin; Sten Isachsen, guitar and Max Caplan, keyboard.

Musicians of Ma'alwyck Refund Policy

Tickets to concerts produced by Musicians of Ma'alwyck, including subscription tickets, are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged at face value for tickets to future concerts produced by MofM within that artistic season. Unused tickets can be returned to the box office on the day of but prior to the performance and used as a donation.

Rescheduled/Postponed Performances: If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date and no further action is required. Ticketholders will receive information by email about any changes to programs. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us to discuss options, such as an exchange or donation of your tickets.
